Escondido RV Resort

Sunland RV Resort Escondido is a terrific place to stay! Free coffee in the morning and events held on the second Saturday of the month. Prices are affordable, but not necessarily the cheapest. The heated pool and Jacuzzi are well kept and maintained with a steady flow of foot traffic throughout the year, even in the cold months. ***Key factors*** very convenient grocery shopping and close to anything you may need including freeways!! It's pretty quiet, but the people are very friendly and always ready to have a conversation. Everyone respects the boundaries of privacy and if you want to not be social that's ok too. There are no crazy parties or loud music. Very safe and family friendly. I've personally had long conversations with random people at the Jacuzzi and eventually went out to eat sushi with my neighbor. Sewer, water, electric and satellite connections are very accessible and easy to connect to. There is also an option to pay for wifi if your intention is an extended stay. Highly recommend this place for short and long term stays. Great staff and friendly people. I love this place so much!! I Will always come back ANY time of the year!!

Check-in was a breeze! All stuff we interacted with were top notch. We have a super-sized set up that they helped us get into our site with ease.

Our Stay was AMAZING here! The staff are wonderful and go out of their way to ensure guests here are not just accommodated, but also welcomed and happy! Clean grounds, showers, laundry facilities and rest rooms... and a lovely multipurpose/gathering area with books and games off of the lobby - a pool and hot tub are also available, just outside this room. We will DEFINITELY book here again! Kudos to manager Chris and ALL of the staff for doing such a wonderful job keeping things running smoothly here! Thank you! We had such a pleasant and enjoyable stay! :)

The staff at Escondido RV Resort are very kind and helpful. We travel with an elderly dog, and they helped place us in a site that would accommodate her comfortably. They are very professional. The sites are beautifully manicured with trees and tropical plants between each site. The resort is very quiet. They had a fun October fest while we were there and served nicely prepared food. They try to add fun to your stay. We would definitely return.

Convenient location for us. Cramped back in only spots. Very noisy from traffic and fire engines and listening to the person next door cough all night. Not the place for peace and quiet. Front desk was excellent and good service. Pool and hot tub was nice. Generally pretty clean although our site had leftover cigarette butts on the ground from the previous tenants. Never used the service for refilling the propane tanks but very convenient. Laundry machines excellent, $5/wash and $5/dry.
