It was great to fit soo many people into one camping area. And have so much room for everyone to have their own space. But the port a potty was so smelly. Should have a spray or something. And we had to clear a trail and very dangerous and steep at the beginning of the trail to get to the river
This is a favorite place for us and friends. Plenty of space for campers and tents. Lots of forest for kids to explore. Gorgeous river to splash or float in. We keep coming back.
Lots of hidden spaces for camping for a good variety of privacy. Pretty close to the water. Looks like it will be excellent during berry season! Lisa of huckleberry and salmon berry bushes. Just a sprinkling of thimble berry. Some beautiful trees, a good common area, with the only downside of the table and fire area being the lack of trees to make rain cover. Bathroom door should be replaced with something not warped with a new lock. Bring a little solar motion light for inside. Had a great Memorial Day weekend here with this as base camp to access all the nearby hikes!
I recommend this place. It has a lot of space. You can put 6 houses/camping tents with their own fire place (you could put many more houses). It has a large table and is very close to the river (deep enough to swim). It has a bathroom, although it smells bad.
