The Evangola St Park Campground is a real gem. On the shores on Lake Erie , park was pristine. The camping spots were spacious and shower houses clean well kept. We loved the mature oaks and walking trails along the lake. We enjoyed amazing sunsets. 5 star park !
[Campground INFO(July 2024)] *ELECTRIC : 30 & 50 amp *WATER : No *SHOWER : Yes, very hot and clean *FEE : $22 - 24 *GROUND : Gravel & Grass *Wifi : No *Connectivity(AT&T) : Bad *LAUNDRY : Yes(only one) *Boat Ramp:No This campground is really good, clean, and cheap. The beach is amazing, and good for bike riding, too. We caught some bass at the pond in the campground. Phone connection was only the problem.
The park is beautiful. Very well maintained. The bathrooms were clean. Would definitely go there again
Sites are a great size, bathrooms/showers close-by. Rules were respected most of the time (some kids were out riding their electric scooters and they were loud, but it was our last night there). Ice is reasonably priced, wood is overpriced for the size of the bundle. Beach area is within half mile from the furthest camping area, so that was convenient. Basketball court and playground were nice for my kids. There's also a tennis court area. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and will definitely be camping here again.
Came to the park for a family function not once but twice in the last 2 years. Both times it was adequately provided with spacious room as well as beautiful view beautiful view. There there are grills as well as picnic tables available when you reserve a site. Hi there recommend using this park for future endeavors as well as possible sailing or hiking.
