It's usually pretty quiet except for the highway traffic, but being a small town means you hear the morning and evening commute traffic, and a few cars every once in awhile throughout the day. The price is fair too, and it's not far from the town proper. It's not the most upscale place, but who comes to the mountains for upscale RV parks? I like it here just fine!
I personally lived in one of the motel rooms 10 yrs ago. And the management and owners where always helpful and took personal care of their renters. My uncle just recently lived in a fema trailer, because his home in Greenville burned in the Dixie fire. And the management of the trailer park was also good with him. He has recently moved. But I and he would recommend this park and motel.
Evergreen was very accommodating to us. We were in need of a temporary place to live while house hunting and they let us post up in the new RV area that wasn't even 100% ready. We dry camped a short while til power and water was hooked up. They could've sent us down the road but helped us out.
Cozy place looking nicer every day they're making many improvements. Everyone I've meet are pleasant people and have no problem helping you with your questions. Over all nice environment.
It ain't a hotel anymore but they rent the rooms out and there pretty nice there's a kitchen and there's electric heating and there is very good water pressure in the shower.
