Decent campground good price isn’t a large campground but has pull through sites. Good for the price but for long term parking would check before coming here they do book the entire campsite and weekends r usually booked by the looks of the calendar
Best value in the bow valley. We paid $20 a night for an unserviced site. They are open year round and no kananaskis pass required. Be sure to check their website as sometimes they rent out the entire facility to groups in the weekend. Take the trail behind campsite 6 to the river.
Great little campground with nice sized sites that are surrounded by a decent amount of trees. Some sites have a fair amount of privacy due to the trees. The overhead shelter and community fire pit area is a nice spot to gather (no fire pits at individual sites). Campground only has a few electrical hook ups at pull through sites, but there is one outlet at the shelter. There is one tap with potable water and drop toilets. Overall the campground is well maintained and clean, worth checking out!
This place would be great for a single stayover in a tent if you need somewhere for the night but I wouldn't recommend it for a group or people with trailers. The spaces look larger then they are, and aren't as spacious as some other people have posted. The photos on the website must have been taken quite a while ago as well, since the photos did not match what the area actually looked like, it was pretty disappointing. The one star is honestly just for the beautiful views.
the camp is very nice, the supervisor was very nice and helped us.
