Customer Reviews
Off of I25 and busy location. Beautiful view of mountains and nice lake on property. Spaces are very close and no dog park for the price. Management are very friendly and helpful. Pretty RV park.
Absolutely not an enjoyable place to live for everyone. Ginger, Gail and Nicole all work together to make your peaceful life a living hell. They stole my security deposit after admitting they owed it back to me. Liars and thieves. NEVER stay here. This is Demon's Landing NOT Falcon's Landing.
(Edited Review after the response from the RV Park) I’m sorry our puppy didn’t die at a time that was convenient for your policies. I’m sorry you don’t like this review just because it’s the TRUTH. First off we did not stay here! Three days before our reservation we were on the road and our puppy suddenly passed away of heart failure. I called/emailed to cancel, which they did but refused to refund our money. I understand there are policies but I also know as a compassionate human they could understand that mitigating circumstances happen that cannot be helped like “death”. Not only were we in shock and grieving but also trying to figure out what to do with her body. This business could have had compassion and refunded us but I guess our 400$ was more important to them than compassion and understanding. We often visit Co. for family but I refuse to ever stay here. Looking at other reviews; Good customer service and compassion seem to be an on going issue with this park.
Stayed overnight on our trip back from WY to TX. Booked online and checked in late. Gail the manger had our map and spot with a handwritten note attached with directions. Very nice service. We do have a very big rig, 45 ft fifth wheel, and the spaces are very close together. It was difficult to get in and had the person adjacent to us not left before us it would have been near impossible for us to get out. Not big enough sites for our rig and truck, we had to park in overflow parking. The sites are all gravel and not terribly level. Our six point leveling system could only engage four points due to unlevel site. The location is great, but I don’t know that I would call it “big rig friendly”. Also note the majority of campers there look to be long term residents, not vacationers. The facilities look to be new and nice, but we did not have the opportunity to use them.
Location is fine if you need to go to Denver. We arrived and with a note on the door we could get our spot. Spots are gravel and dusty. One end is electricity hook up and other end is water. Not convenient. It's a place for permanent residents, only saw two people. No wifi which sucked. And it's expensive to stay. And you have a train track right behind you
