Fairfield Inn & Suites Branson

The heater air conditioner in two separate rooms both didn't work well. 4 Rooms went from hot to cold all night in both rooms. Trash cans didn't have trash bags (in both rooms), no big deal, for us, feel bad for the cleaning lady. The breakfast was ok. The lady doing the breakfast did great at keeping up with it. I definitely wouldn't recommend the hotel, but it's not so terrible I'd complain. It was just ok. Not great, not terrible. Rooms were a bit tight.

I use Fairfield Inns when other Marriott hotels are not available. Unfortunately this one just needs a little TLC. The entrance and lobby was a little dirty. Maybe they just had a rush or something, but it was on a Wednesday night, I wouldn't think so. I have stayed here years ago and it was O.K., not great, and it didn't smell. I suspicion the elevator shaft may be the issue. Come on management, you could vacuum the carpets behind the counter, pickup the trash, wipe things down, and mop the floors in the elevator. I like the smell of disinfectant, it reassures me things have been well cleaned. Not so much the smell of hydraulic oil. It does have a good location just off the strip, but within walking distance of many venues. The staff was friendly and hustling to take care of people, so kudos to the staff! Good country hospitality. Breakfast was the usual Fair and gets you started in the morning with something in your tummy.

The people at Rate Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Branson are really passionate about customer care! Debbie from the front desk provided exceptional service for my Mom and Dad during their untimely dilemmas. She went above and beyond with making sure they had a clean room available and which provided them with comfort from their traveling. The breakfast they serve there is simply stunning! I would highly recommend visiting this hotel often because of quality service, rooms and amenities! 10 out 10!!

This place was nice at one time but it's due for an upgrade... the room and bathroom are somewhat clean housekeeping could be a little better and get all the hair out of the bathroom... I got the king sweet. We got stuck in our rooms for a couple of days due to weather and there's not a good place to sit. The two chairs in here are very uncomfortable...

Fair field inn and suites is a great place to take the family and friends. They have a great selection of food for breakfast and a swimming pool including a hot tub with very friendly staff.
