Very clean with new, modern furniture and a very good breakfast. At the front desk, Will was a very nice and courteous young man. Very good value hotel.

My boyfriend and I are an interracial couple. They saw him come in with me, we are breakfast together. He went out and forgot his key. They gave him a hard time and didn't believe he was staying there. After seeing him that whole time! Also they keep trying to charge me $40 . I was told a deposit of $20 would be held until I leave. Why are they trying to get $40 and didn't try to get it until I left? Won't stay again. Also when I called to question about the $40 the woman wouldn't even listen to me!! She kept talking over me, like she couldn't care about what I was asking!

I have a job with the city of Atlanta through the state of Georgia and maintaining safe ,secure access to Government buildings ,contracted to work security with Georgia Law.enforcement. Me.and my significant.other arrived this past Sunday hoping for the best service.Sunday was descent as far as customer service,The breakfast was SUPER. The Monday stay turned horrible.I.was filing paperwork and personal items for my eventual work week ahead. The manager had greeted us during check in Sunday morning.So as I was shuffling back and forth to my car with paperwork and work related items,etc.i had forgot.the entry card- was on the desk next to the TV Access to the side door required a.card. So.as.i just remembered securing work related items in the car.Oops I forgot the entry card. So.i couldn't access the side.door entrance.So.decided to enter through the front entrance.The male receptionist at the desk ask me what I was doing.I explained I was staying in (#119) The look he gave me and the reaction was MAN OF COLOR you don't belong here! As i was walking I blurted out on ".i have access" and my significant other answers the door.I will PROVE I'm staying here. Soon after my S.O.answered the door.I was furious as I went to the front reception desk w access card. The female manager who greeted us the previous day was present.Its a shame a man of color has to constantly prove things in life,even if the female manager who seen me the previous day and checked us in already, verified me belonging on the hotel property🤣 To make matters WORSE,the room was in tiptop condition as we checked out of our room and turned the access card over to manager.They tried to HOLD a $40DOLLAR DEPOSIT FOR NO REASON.NO REASON Beware folks 😯Corporate offices will be contacted this week🤳

Stayed at this hotel while I was on a business trip. The room was in excellent condition and the whole place had the look and feel of a brand new property. Special 5 stars to the the manager, Erika Saavedra, who went out of her way to help me. I had forgotten my suit jacket and shirt in the room. She identified the clothing, asked me to send a prepaid label, and went to the post office to mail it back to me. The staff was extremely friendly - from the kitchen staff who helped me with grabbing some breakfast even though I was late and the window had passed, to the cleaning staff - always pleasant and smiling and willing to help. The location is great too - right off the freeway.

The only real complaint will be the breakfast. It is your average hotel cafeteria food; nothing special. Other than that, the service was good the, the rooms were clean. Friendly workers and calm, peaceful location.
