Fairfield Inn & Suites Clermont

Fairfield is not a 5 star resort, but as with all Marriott hotels, it is clean, safe and reliable. Breakfast is available good, while basic. Once you understand that you get what you pay for, Fairfield is very good value for money. I would recommend Fairfield Clermont.

Nice clean hotel in Clermont with very kind staff, clean rooms, daily complimentary breakfast in a location minutes from shopping, food, stores, etc. We would definitely stay there again! The ONLY negative we experienced was housekeeping. They were very loud 3 days of our stay in and out letting doors slam and talking right outside of our door. We nicely addressed them twice after working very late the prior evenings. Management should certainly address this issue. Hotel is minutes from anything you might need. Parking is free to guests with plenty of parking. Complimentary breakfast was available until 9am weekdays and 10am weekends. Several options to choose from that switched up daily. Everyone at the front desk was so kind and so helpful!!

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel. While no one was responsible for looking after our dogs, everyone was always so attentive and affectionate with them. The staff was incredibly friendly, polite, and helpful. Our pets even received treats, which was a lovely touch. We were very pleased and would recommend this hotel to anyone traveling with pets.

Staff was awesome and very kind. Rooms are clean; however, they’re out dated and falling apart. Blackout curtains have decayed and shredded from sun exposure over the years (no long block out sun). Bathtub shower curtains are old with stains. Room also has a mold smell that was covered up by a strong pine air freshener. You can expect Marriott standard with staff, but not with the building quality you get in other locations.

Anne took such good care of me during my process of dealing with the snow storm delays with travel. She is so amazing and all the other women as well. I really Enjoyed my stay and will be returning!
