Room (hard product): we enjoyed the large double queen room. The living area with a comfy, giant sofa-bed, armchairs, and desk was a fantastic resting area for our family to watch TV. Service (soft product): we definitely appreciated the upgrade to a larger double queen room. Check-in was pleasant. The breakfast service was slow with them running out of many items (eggs, milk, yogurt, waffles, etc.) before it was supposed to end. Amenities: The (small) indoor pool and fitness room are a nice touch. The commons areas are well maintained and clean. The breakfast was disappointing - there was supposed to be breakfast until 9:30a but they were out of most items by 8:30a and not replenishing them. We did visit during holiday so they might’ve just been understaffed. Location: A little outside Fredericksburg downtown but a very short car ride away.

Everything you’d expect from a Fairfield Inn: clean, quiet, good breakfast, and at least for the time we visited, a great price. Not really within walking distance of all the Main Street attractions but we’d just make the short drive and park close to our area of interest. I did see something that I’ve not encountered elsewhere - there were two adjacent public elevators, but each had their own separate call buttons and they were not linked together. So I’ll admit that we would race them seeing which would show up first. ☺️
Incredibly overpriced Marriott property (although the only Marriott in the area, so no other options). Paid the same rate for an Autograph Collection Hotel in Austin. The trash cans in the room are incredibly small, the tissue box had only 2 tissues in it (such a common trend for Marriott), and the hotel itself is very far from Main St (the only attraction in the area isn't in walking distance). It's also very noisy — I could hear the chimes from inside the elevator & voices from outside the building while in my room. Footsteps above me, same thing. Indoor pool and fitness center are sufficient, but nothing crazy. Breakfast is very standard. The staff is friendly and helpful, but $250 for one night here is outrageous.
I always stay here when I come down to attend a concert in Luckenbach. I absolutely love this location! The service is always outstanding, with the staff willing to go above and beyond to make your stay the best experience possible. The beds are super comfy and the rooms are always fresh and very clean. They have lots of hot water, a microwave, and mini fridge in the room and free breakfast in the lobby! The location is very convenient if you are here visiting Luckenbach since it is on the fringe of Fredricksburg and only 9.5 miles from Luckenbach. I can't wait for my next stay! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
