Just be warned that the hotel lobby and dining area, as well as other parts of the first floor, is under renovation and it smells strongly of construction materials. I was disappointed this was not communicated during the booking process on the Marriott website nor over email. I’ve stayed at other Marriotts before under construction, and they will generally put lots of banners and details about the construction so there are no unexpected unpleasant surprises. The room itself was tired but clean - no qualms there. Check in was also smooth.

We called to request our room air filter cleaned due to allergy the day before check in, and we found room spotless,and brand new filter in room. Front desk service was excellent! Hot breakfast the next morning was outstanding as well!

The dining area was being renovated, so breakfast was relocated to a pair of adjoining guest rooms. Food selection was poor, with out meal the only hot entree other than microwave sandwiches. It seemed that some guests took advantage of the lack of oversight and took most of the food when Noone was looking. The room was dated, the shower curtain was ripped out around the hanging loops.

Worst Marriot I have ever been to. I’ve been a loyal Marriott Platinum member for years because I genuinely enjoy the brand and have always appreciated the level of service and quality. However, this has been the most disappointing Marriott property I’ve ever stayed at. The condition of the hotel was shocking—it felt more like a run-down, out of date motel. The interior was outdated and dirty, with minimal amenities, frequent shortages, and no room cleaning. While the staff wasn’t rude, it’s clear that the property is suffering from a serious lack of upkeep and effective leadership. I hope this location receives the attention it needs to align with the Marriott standard I’ve come to expect.

The staff and service were pretty good and the best part of our stay. Breakfast was average at best. The hotel is a bit dated although they are painting. Bed was ok and room temp worked. Bathroom was the huge disappointment. Wasn't the cleanest. Tub didn't drain well, showered in a small puddle. Cracks in flooring and tiles. Saw a cockroach scurry away in the morning.
