I stayed at this hotel last weekend, and it was absolutely amazing! Everything was spotless and impeccably clean, and the service was top-notch. The staff was extremely cooperative and went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. I accidentally forgot my wallet in the room, and to my surprise, they shipped it to me the very next day. A special thanks to the front desk guy and Judy for their honesty and swift action in helping me. This level of care and professionalism is rare to find. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a worry-free and pleasant stay. I’ll definitely be returning!
This hotel was conveniently located off the interstate, next to outlets, gas stations and a few restaurants. The rooms, lobby, and breakfast area were clean and tidy. Breakfast was delicious each morning, and the employees were friendly. Definitely recommend staying here! I only wish there was a hot tub!
Had great stay. The staff could not be more friendly or helpful. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The breakfast is included and is very good. A true value with outstanding service. Will be staying again
Super helpful front desk staff last night, the EV charger was being grouchy (ChargePoint) but this young woman got it started. Someone came after I did and also had trouble charging, I could not get hers started either but the front desk lady got on hte phone with ChargePoint and got it going. Quite nice facility also, and the quietest room HVAC I have ever had (the fan usually wakes me up but here the thing whispers). I have been to many hotels where there was trouble with the EV chargers and the staff basically said 'not my problem' so I cannot recommend this place highly enough.
This hotel was fantastic! The room was clean and comfortable. We had asked for an accessible bathroom and they've figured it out! It's a roll in, but unlike a recent stay at a competitor hotel, the shower didn't flood the entire bathroom and make IT dangerous! The complimentary breakfast was good as well with hot and cold choices, that were constantly refilled before they could empty. The area was taken care of by one woman and she did a fantastic job of making sure everything was clean, filled and pleasing to the eye. I'm sorry I failed to get her name, she deserves to be recognized.
