We had a mini vacation. The hotel staff were incredibly kind. We came to swim and loved that we had the pool to ourselves all night. The beds are super comfortable, the rooms are nice and clean. The continental breakfast was great! We had a great time.

I specifically picked this hotel due to its location. I had things to do in the area so I wanted to be in Hendersonville. It was a pretty decent hotel. The location was perfect. Parking was very easy. Rooms were nice & clean. Im not talking luxury but very good. They had free breakfast but i didnt have time to try. The clerks at the reception desk were very good. The young man who checked us in whom i have seen almost every morning during my 4 days stay, was very pleasant & had excellent customer service skills. There are also plenty of restaurants, breakfast places, gas stations and even Sam's Club nearby some are walking distance. Also easy access to the highway. If i need to be in that particular area again, i ll definitely stay there.
I visited your hotel this weekend. When entering the hotel lobby. I heard someone yelling words that no one should be saying. I noticed it was the maintenance man. The profanity that was coming out of his mouth was so awful and explicit. I have kids, and they should not be hearing that.
I used Bonvoy mobile check-in and the mobile key worked. 5th floor room has noticeable noise from the highway, I would request a room on the other side. Everything else was great.
