Fairfield Inn & Suites North Conway

I’m a Lifetime Titanium with Marriott with over 1600 hotel stays in the last 15+ years. I stay in a lot of hotels and can say that this is one of the best Fairfield Inns that I have stayed at. The location is excellent, service is great, and the accommodations are very good. It sits slope-side to Mount Cranmore, with easy access to the mountain, hiking trails, and area attractions. Also, the outdoor fire pits and hot tub are great. I am glad that Marriott has a second option in the area. It’s a very good, well-maintained hotel.

From checking in to, free continental breakfast to the pool and jacuzzi, we also had a couple drinks and some very fresh Chicken Cesar Salads. The staff is very friendly and helpful, this facility is right next door to Cranmore Mountain Resort and close to town and all the outlets and attractions in the Conway / N. Conway area. Priced right in this area !! We had a great weekend staying here.

Gorgeous new Fairfield Inn in a ski resort. Very pretty architecture and design. Lovely, quiet location but a bit difficult to find/get to. Fantastic staff. The breakfast was amazing, and the breakfast attendants were especially friendly and helpful! The room layout was perfect! Large bathroom and lots of wall hooks, which I LOVE!! Unfortunately, and most importantly, my bed was extremely uncomfortable! Scratchy sheets and a hard mattress led to sleepless nights.

I’ve stayed in North Conway for years and this was my first time staying at the Fairfield. Joe at the front desk took excellent care of us, he could tell I needed a break from my traveling companion and kept them entertained for 10 minutes so I could deal with the dogs and the bags and have minute to myself. Even though it was the off season the location is EVERYTHING; being right on the resort and the bike path made entertaining my dogs such a breeze, and nothing beats being able to look at the mountains from the hot tub. If you are traveling with pets and small children I would highly suggest this Hotel for just peace of mind

This Fairfield is a little off the beaten path but a short drive from local attractions. We were there during the last part of October, but it looks to be the most ideal location for ski season. Even though it was a little chilly, we thoroughly enjoyed the hot tub after a long day of hiking. The smore kits to roast over the firepit were an added plus. We want to give a big shout-out to Jeremy, who was working the front desk the night we arrived on 10/30. Our stay was booked through our credit card travel site, but they somehow canceled our reservation before we arrived. We were tired from a long day of travel, but Jeremy offered us some water and helped us get something figured out. Long story short, with some back-and-forth calls with our credit card company and the hotel, we were able to receive a refund from our credit card for the "canceled" stay and booked directly with Marriott without spending more than what we originally had paid. He also shared some great recommendations for local eateries, sights, and more. We appreciate the kindness and suggestions that helped make our North Conway trip a memorable one.
