Fairfield Inn & Suites Palm Desert Coachella Valley

I rarely review but was so impressed with this hotel and how clean and comfortable our stay is/was. Staff helpful, breakfast as expected and the rooms comfortable and clean. I have had the pleasure of staying at every level of Marriott properties and this hotel is as comfortable and clean as any four star entity. We will return.

The hotel was very clean including the room. Friendly staff. Check in and out as easy as it could be. Cell service was poor for some reason (Verizon). Breakfast was up to par with Marriott. Location right off interstate.

Very customer-centric staff. New building. Neat and clean. Excellent morning breakfast. All in all a five-star experience

Dear Marriot Corp. I have visited a dozen of your places from high to low. This one is the only one that offered a lift to help people get in and out of hot tubs and a swimming pool. The other ones sometimes had them but couldn’t offer them because they weren’t certain what to do. This place knew what to do. I really don’t give reviews. I give praise. Thank you. ☮️❤️🦽

The pool was surprisingly cold considering the local climate. The surface skimmer filters weren't working, leaving lots of feathers & other debris floating on top, that I scooped out with the net. The Jacuzzi was borderline uncomfortably hot. IMO, for the amount of energy used to heat the Jacuzzi, the hotel could let it be a little cooler and make the regular pool a little warmer without spending any more money.
