Booked a room for a one night stay to watch my daughter’s game. She was hurt and couldn’t play called 3 days before check in and they said I could not get my money back but I could cancel the reservation and they could rent the room again so I kept the reservation. Got there and it was all under renovation. One elevator was out of service. The bathroom sink had a big whole by the drain and had something black coming up when you ran the water. The fire alarm had painters tape over it. The tv wouldn’t stay on. The ice maker on our floor was out of order. We had to use the stairs multiple times from the 4th floor because of the one useable elevator was stuck on other floors. The light over the sink didn’t have an on switch. Got down to breakfast and it was very disappointing. They didn’t have anyone cleaning up at all and they were vacuuming while others were eating. To top it all my receipt said $161 and they charged me $180. Very disappointing and the man at the desk didn’t speak much English. I will never go back there!

NO HOT WATER!!!! Simple was told sorry they were working on it and still next day did not have hot water and they did not care to help or refund room. Manager still has not responded either! If you want a warm shower - DON’T STAY HERE!!!!

Stayed overnight using Marriott points - one night. Room temp was a chilly 62 - took over an hour to come to temp. Later in the evening unit was below temp and blowing cold air. Consulted front desk - they said to power off, wait and power back on. That seemed to work. Fridge did not work. Front desk suggested it was tied into light switch by front door. It wasn't. Follow up call resulted in no pick up. Did not use. Left note on check out to look at .The cable service guide did not synch with actual shows times and abc,cbs, and a few others had no description of what was playing. Didn't watch anything . Told front desk on checkout and they said " it's the cable company". Wow. The breakfast was horrible. Used Marriott for over 15 years an been pretty content up until now. Very substandard. Bed was comfortable.

Booked a room for 2 nights for work. Received email confirmation day I booked(10/11/24). Was booked for 11/6-11/8/24, received an early check in email in the morning on 11/6. Arrived at hotel around 4pm, was told I don't have a room because they are remodeling 1 floor. I was told by the guy at the front desk that I can stay at the comfort inn down the road. Also stated in his own words " it isn't your money, it's the governments so it doesnt matter". Very professional way to run a place.

I wanted to stay at the Fairfield so that we were in a nice hotel. Upon arriving the sheets had clearly not been changed. I called the front desk and housekeeping was sent immediately. I appreciated that, but imagine finding sheets that looked like this!!! ( Ugh, no place to upload photos!) Stains, hairs, dirt on the bedding. I wish there was a spot to upload photos.
