Outstanding site in convenient location to Plymouth and South Shore. Helpful, pleasant staff. Nice breakfast options included with room. Easy check-in. Highly recommend.
Front desk worker made an error on check-in and the wrong card ended up getting charged. Ended up having to spend my own time fixing a mistake that never should have been made. Only received lectures from management to shift the blame for me. I would avoid this place. Terrible experience.
Very clean rooms, comfortable beds. All the staff I interacted with were very personable and nice.
A great hotel. Good views of the forest from the rooms in the back of the hotel. Great staff and check-in, parking is convenient, and breakfast is very good for a hotel.
Great staff, especially Michaela and Jackie. They really make you feel welcome and appreciated. Jackie even helped me with a reservation at a sister property where I was staying the next night! Quiet, clean and nice breakfast. I would definitely stay again!
