Fairfield Inn & Suites Visalia Tulare

During our stay over Thanksgiving, Adriana, at the front desk, went way out of her way to help us. Recognizing that we had our adult daughters with us, one of whom is handicapped, the room we had booked was too small and she took initiative to find a more accommodating room, even after we had already entered the first room. It made all the difference during our stay! Adriana was also exceptionally kind to our developmentally disabled daughter, talked to her directly, and made her feel very welcome. Additionally, I'd add that Sandra, at the breakfast area, was extremely attentive. Not only did she keep everything stocked, fresh, and neat, but she was very fastidious to clean up behind an unsupervised child on Thanksgiving day morning who was touching everything at the breakfast area while his parents ignored him screaming and raiding the area. I know that my family and others were reassured seeing Sandra keeping everything safe and sanitized in near real time. The room was great, very reasonably priced, and we had a wonderful stay. We have family in Tulare and will return again to visit and when we do, we'll stay here.

We stayed here for one night on 9/3/2024. The whole stay was smooth. We walked over to Habit Burger and got takeout for dinner and it was good. There's plenty of parking and it's easy to maneuver. You can see that we had a terrible view out the window, but I used points for the stay, so I'm assuming that's a factor. :-)

Totally loved this place. It was clean smelled clean. I slept so comfortably after a long emotional day. If I'm back in town and need a place, this will be it! Front desk staff needs better customer service training. Overall it was great!! I'll be back!!

This was my first time staying there & Damian was very helpful and sweet, very friendly staff in general! The hotel itself is very clean and comfortable.

We came for my sons baseball tournament. The rooms where so clean thanks to our amazing room attendant Dawna. Breakfast was so good we looked forwarded to see what was in stored for us. Sandra kept it so clean and so helpful to the boys in the morning. Our front desk attendant Adrianna gave us so many tips on places to see and do. She made sure we where all well taken care of after hours went over and beyond with accommodations and concerns. In a heart beat I would stay here again! The entire staff is super nice and you literally feel like you are at home! Thank you crew for making this a memorable week! So appreciate everything! Easy 5 stars! ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Yamila Caruso
