Without question, this is the most cost effective short term RV stay in Nashville. It's priced 1/2 what is typically found in the outer perimeter and there are no permanent residents. There is no room between parking spots for awnings or grills but there is room to open your slides. It has full hookups City water, 30&50 amp AC service, 4 inch sewer connection and if you want to be in downtown Nashville close to everything, this is the place to setup. Weekends can get noisy with race cars so if you are early to bed and are a light sleeper this won't work. The spots will accommodate a 40 ft RV.
The Nashville Fairgrounds Raceway is a great place. The racing is cool. The Farigrounds themselves has a great place for the fleamarket every month.
Drove through and decided a Wal-Mart or Cracker Barrel would be better, but in the end landed at Anderson Rd Recreation Area for $20 and it was phenomenal. Called every number given by the fairgrounds and they all had messages that led you in one big circle and never got any answers. Lots of trash and appeared to be some long-term residents there.
Met the needs. Nothing fancy but helped us to be able to park and take an uber into Nashville for the hockey game. Kind of a high price for a piece of unlevel ground. Met nice people there.
Their web site says RV spaces are ONLY available to vendors and event attendees. Not open for The general public.
