I must come back!! We stopped here on our way north and had such a great time we decided to stop again on our way back south coming home! Park is free!! There are so many trails and gorgeous falls and different areas so there is something for everyone. The visitors center was nice and clean. The Nature Education center was pretty cool and the items were reasonably priced in the gift shops. The lodge is beautiful and there is a restaurant in the park - which was lovely, delicious and affordable! The trails are great although the Overlook trail doesn’t really offer views and the Woodland trail seems to stay fairly muddy. The trail to the base of Fall Creek was our favorite but it is pretty strenuous to come back up but fairly short(0.5 mi). The view of Cane Creek was great. We definitely need to come back to explore more.
This destination has a lot of great views. Not just the falls. There are some really cool overlooks, and when the leaves start changing in fall, it is beautiful. When I was there, not much water was flowing, but it was still an amazing spot. I had a great time. The cable trail is definitely worth doing. The bottom is really spectacular.
Stunning! The park was so clean and the .4 mile hike down to the waterfall was challenging and fun. I felt like a child again making my way down and climbing back up. The creek and falls was breathtaking. I’m so glad I was able to see this!!
We absolutely love Fall Creek Falls! We loved the Nature Center & Swinging Bridge. The overlook of Falls is beautiful! We didn’t get to hike down to Falls due to rain but it’s our favorite thing to do there! Great family time!
“A great place to relax and spend time with yourself, friends, family, and nature; the entire path was filled with stunning landscapes that inspired reflection on the extraordinary creation around us. Our only way to contribute is by taking care of it and not harming it. Definitely an amazing place I recommend visiting, with many trails to explore and a great museum with many stories to tell.”
