What IS THIS????!!!! Is this a prank? I’m so disappointed

Fall Creek Recreation Area is a great place to canoe, kayak, paddle board and fish. This place is a hidden gem!
This area could desperately use some TLC but I feel like the Army Corp of Engineers has all but forgotten about all of the facilities they built. What a waste.
Nice boat ramp. The lane to get there is not kept up at all, lots of tree branches hang into the road. 75% of the time there are 'shady' people hanging around the ramp. People will sit beside the ramp and fish in chairs which blocks you from parking your boat to go get the trailer to load. No restroom at all.
