At the end of a very rough, rocky, dusty trail/ road that you will want to have a high clearance vehicle 🚗 4X4 or dirt bike to get to. This is definitely way off the paved roads or beaten trail. The lake is beautiful It looks like most of the campsites 🏕 you have to carry you gear into. Wilderness and primitive 👍👍

Great place but don't attempt in regular car. Last few miles are for off-road vehicles with high ground clearance only.

Our favorite lake and campground in the Sierra's. Road going in is VERY ROUGH. DO not attempt without great suspension, clearance and patience.

Pretty close to impossible to get to must have high clearance and 4 wheel drive. But well worth the chance

This place is amazing, not easy to get to, and hard to get a reservation. But well worth it!
