Very shady RV pull through spot that is clean. Manager was very friendly and helpful at time of booking and upon arrival. The pool looks so inviting and since it is 115 degrees outside I'm about to confirm that!
Shannon and Cary are really salt of the earth kind of people. You can tell they are doing what they love and it shows in how they conduct their business. I appreciate the kindness and warmth they've shown me throughout the duration of my stay. I am here on a monthly rental. The only reason I would leave is if work or life/school takes me further away from the area. Many spots are very shaded and there are beautiful older oak trees here. I drive an older rig so I have had a great deal of difficulty finding places that would consider my unit since itd 25yo, which is not perfect but also not an eyesore. They do have a 10 model year or newer clause for monthly spaces, but are willing to examine on a case by case basis if they are comfortable accepting a unit. My favorite thing about this park is again, while they are wonderful and friendly folk, they don't mind doing what is needed to ensure the park is maintained and their tenants have a nice, safe, park to enjoy. Very much recommended.
We needed a place to stay for a couple of nights and was really apprehensive about staying in Redding after reading the reviews about theft and security having to patrol at night. We found this place and it was just what we needed. It is right off the freeway so there is freeway noise, but not loud and intrusive. Our site was gravel and level. We had a back in site, but was able to pull in and use the site behind us to make it a pull though. The owners are very nice.
I attempted to make a reservation for us to stay for one night with our electrical vehical. However, I was told that they do not have 30amp or 50amp plugs that can accomodate us. I am not sure why that is. Since if they can accomodate any RV, then the technology is the same. I am baffled. When I called, the person just told me to have a good day and hang up on me!! WOW!!
Great place for a night or a week. Really close to the lake and even though it is by the highway, it's still pretty quiet. I slept very well. The trees are beautifully green allowing for a lot of shade. Great owners and good prices.
