Field Station Moab

Our stay at Field Station, Moab, was fantastic. The hotel is thoughtfully designed and well-organized, with rooms featuring numerous functional amenities often overlooked in traditional hotels. The staff was friendly and welcoming. We loved the variety of board games, books, and the ping pong table, perfect for unwinding after a day full of activities. The on-site recreation store was also incredibly convenient for picking up any last-minute essentials for our adventures. Overall, it was a truly unique and enjoyable experience!

I really wanted to love this place… I arrived and was given the room right next to the laundry machines (free use of those so that was a good +) where people hang out and talk, so it was quite loud in that room. I went up to the staff and they let me change room no questions asked ! Really professional and young staff. The new room was okay, no different layout, but it wasn’t really clean. You could tell it had been cleaned, but nothing thorough at all. The floor was so greasy it was slippery, lots of hair on the shower/bathroom floor and fat stains on the light switches… I also do not recommend their breakfast sandwich, I’ve rarely had just a small sandwich, and paid $10 for it… you can find much better in town, even really close by. I stayed for 2 nights, and I was in no way disappointed to leave. This place was overpriced in my opinion. Location and cool « outdoor » theme might justify it, but cleanliness should be more important

This hotel was fantastic. Whoever designed the hotel brand was a genius. Everything that you could possibly want in an outdoorsy friendly hotel is here. The room was exactly as pictured on the website, no unexpected surprises. The beds were comfortable and the shower was perfect. The little cooler fridge thing was awesome, it held way more than a typical hotel fridge. The staff was so helpful, friendly, and welcoming. They had tons of information about all of the local things to do. The next time we're in Moab we will 100% stay here again.

My mom and I stayed here two nights and absolutely loved it. Everything was clean and the rooms had lots of thoughtful touches. They keep things simple and put the money where it matters like nice beds, good showers, and a lovely common space. Also the complimentary coffee was really good, not your average hotel coffee! We will definitely stay again.

I do not get some of the negative reviews here. Our room was big, clean and thankfully quiet (we were quite a ways away from the reception) and staff friendly. Free morning coffee very much appreciated. Good snack food. Pool area is nice albeit overrun by raucous kids bombing in the pool non stop. And in the hot tub didn’t like that so much. Location is unbeatable to arches. Also the air con isn’t that loud we had much louder in other hotels. Would definitely recommend this hotel.
