Fisherman’s Campground has been my go-to spot for years, and it has never disappointed even when it rained. The campground is always clean, well-maintained, and organized. I love that they have paved pull-through sites that offer full hookups with water, sewer, and electricity. There’s also a designated tent area, and the restrooms there are always clean. The best part is its location close enough to the ocean that you can choose from 3 beaches to go to.

Great location to beautiful Rhode Island beaches and to ferries to Block Island. Dog friendly. Beautiful well kept bathrooms. Indior and outdoor showers Family friendly. Tennis courts, basketball court and playground. Campsite are smallish and close together but they are private on the outskirts of the property.

The park has a layout that isn't great for bigger 5th-wheel trailers. We booked a site that turned out we couldn't turn into because of bushes and a steep hill. We got lucky, and they had a site in the Premium area. It was quiet, and town and sites to see were nearby. We'd go again but only if be book a premium site.

One of the best kept state park campgrounds! Hidden gem near RI beaches and Block Island ferry. Has playground, tennis and basketball courts. Very dog friendly. Sits on the former Fort Nathaniel Greene. Bring your own kayak!

$18/night if you live here, but $36 if from out of state. Large tent campground with lots of spaces, so everyone is in pretty close together. My main concern is there are showers in the bathrooms you can pay for, but ones outside that are free, but cold water and no curtain, so you literally have no privacy.
