Customer Reviews
Gary the host was very informative and up front about accommodations and we were extremely pleased to have tent camped on the lake. The place was a dream to experience. I'd recommend here to anyone based on rustic features. Gary's two dogs were great with our two little fur babies. Thanks a million Gary!....Nanette and myself enjoyed our stay at your resort. God bless you.
I loved this place! The owner was so nice, the location was great! I will definitely be back and I highly recommend camping here! I really can’t say enough good things about this place! Plus Copper and Cody are a bonus!!
Gary, the owner, was so incredibly nice and accommodating. Campground is right on the lake, which is beautiful, and you can easily access it! Highly recommend this campground! @wanderlustmoonduo
Great place to stay if you want peace and quiet. We sat next to the lake and just relaxed as we listened to the wind, birds and waves as we dipped our feet to cool off. Lots of boats and fishing going on and you can even fish off the dock if you feel like it. Gary, the owner was able to squeeze us in on a short notice and we really enjoyed our stay.
My parents were excited to take their 5 grandkids (Ages 15, 14, 13, 13 and 10) up for a week in late July 2023. All were very disappointed to receive a call from Gary informing my parents he was canceling the reservation due to too many children. We are seasoned campers and it's sad that two highschool kids, two 8th graders and a 4th grader are unwelcome. Please note my parents are around 65 years old and have taken them camping a number of times in their large motorhome. Other reviewers say not great for kids. I guess I have to agree.
