Obsessed!! Flint and Flowers Glamping is pure magic—I’ve already been twice in just two months! I first went with my 7-year-old for her birthday and returned with my husband to celebrate NYE. The owner is the sweetest, super responsive, and you can tell this place was created with so much heart. Every detail is thoughtfully curated, from the Yeti dog bowl for your pup to the stunning handmade decor (the faux donkey by the door is my absolute FAVE—I need one!). And the luxury touches? Incredible. The bed is the most comfortable I’ve ever slept on outside of my own home. It’s the perfect blend of rustic charm and boutique luxury—I’ll absolutely be back!! Soon!
The tent was very nice and the decor is great. We travel a lot and our 9 and 12 yr old kids loved the place. The only minor criticisms we had was that the water never got hot. The bath tub is gorgeous and my daughter was so excited to use it but the water at best was luke warm. That also made the outdoor shower unusable since it was in the low 60s, upper 50s. The cooling/heating unit is nice but it was pretty noisy at night and kept a few family members up so we turned it off which lead to a pretty chilly morning. However, the blankets and throws were great and easily kept us warm. The ice machine was also kind of noisy while we slept but well worth the pellet ice. One side note, when cleaning the dishes before we left, we couldn’t find a sponge. Not a big deal, but mixed with the luke warm water I didn’t feel like I was truly able to clean the dishes. Overall, we would definitely come back and stay. The check in and out process was wonderful and we were pleasantly surprised that check in was noon instead of 4 like other places. One add I would suggest is a propane powered fire pit on the patio since no wood fires are allowed on the property. It would allow guests to use the outdoors space even when it is cold in the evening and pose no hazard.
Kudos to the Flint and Flowers team! Great job putting together an uplifting workshop event this labor day weekend. The food was delicious! The event was well organized and complimented by the hill country backdrop made it more memorable. Spending the night in one of these safari lodge style tents was an experience. The tent provided me with the comfort of home while staying true to nature, making the glamping experience fun! I look forward to attending more events and spending the night again!! Lots of outdoor and hiking activities close by! I recommend staying here! its worth the travel!
The location, expeirence, and tent was incredible. We stayed nice and cool with the Mini Split. The bath was perfect and relaxing. We will be back at the end of November. The bed was amazing! The porch and nature was so relaxing.
Incredible space that you don’t want to miss out on. The FEELING you get from being out here is the best battery recharge you can get. Everything is so well thought out and purposeful it is so refreshing. Stunning property. Stunning experience.
I was able to spend two nights at this amazing campground and fell in love with the space. The tent was cozy and warm with the heater and had every thing I needed. The grounds are left in a natural state and enjoyed the grill and fire pit. I can't wait to come back when it is warmer and can relax in the hot tub. Great job you earned all 5 stars!
