This was a great location. I actually stayed there for 5 days. It's well maintained. Has a lot of RV and camping spaces. Access to swimming area, boat ramps and the people who were managing the place were very friendly and did a great job.
We stayed for day use, but it was an awesome spot to hang out for a few hours on our drive. Dedicated swim areas and lots of shade over the picnic tables. Restrooms were very clean .
We went early so it was nice and quiet. The water was very low due to no rain. You do have to pay to get in there, but it's a nice place to spend some time
Im telling you this is the place to be when you want to go camping or RVing or just swimming and fishing...I just came off of camping for 12 days and I was in a tent....on these sites most of them have water and electricity as well as a firepit and a grill and picnic table ...they're animal friendly ...they have very clean bathrooms and showers as well as laundry facilities and your ready for this ...a fish cleaning station so your leaving your smelly fish gutts with the campsite instead of bringing it home with you ...and the pricing is so affordable 24.00 per night for a tent with the electricity and water included on the site and the RV"s sites aren't much more than that....and the people that own it are incredibly good people...i felt safe at all times ...why you ask ...bc Jeff or the other employees would be riding around in their little golf carts checking on everyone ...thats why ...way into the night 🌙 which was awesome...thank you for that 😊
Great fun 4 family... swimming, BBQ, and campibg, other park things. View amazing. Highly recommend. amazing lake
