Florence RV Park

I don't know why this place doesn't have a 5 star rating!!! This is an awesome RV campground!!! So nice on the phone, we checked in just a few minutes before noon with no problems! Really nice lady at check in!! Air-conditioning in the laundry room and it's very clean and reasonable! The pool is huge and refreshing! Definitely could see myself coming back. No worries about be close to the interstate. You can see the traffic but the beautiful pond with geese make up for it. I don't hear a thing inside the camper!!! Just love it here. Very pet friendly with a nice doggy park!

What a nice stay. Super friendly people running the place. Patrons very friendly. The heated pool was great after a long drive. HUGE, spotless shower, bathrooms. Stayed here overnight, but wished we could have stayed longer. Hope to come back sometime.

The RV park in Florence is great! This park has everything a tourist could want and more. It is in a beautiful place. Clean and well-kept facilities are available, and the sites are big enough for even the biggest RVs. The staff is helpful, friendly, and goes out of their way to make sure guests are happy. This is a great place to stay whether you're just moving through or planning to stay for a while. Five stars! I can't say enough good things about it.

Very quiet camping spot even though it’s on 95. Decided to take a chance on this gem on our way from Florida to Virginia and I’m happy we did. The pool is clean, the pond out front is beautiful, the bathrooms are clean and the garbage is appropriately, a distance from sites. The staff at the front desk are super nice and have a great memory. We’re definitely using them when we make our trips south instead of going a bit inland. Saves time and money.

In Fairness, This review is at least 5 years old, and made when the old owners owned the park. I have not been back since the new owners have been there . When I have the opportunity I will review and update to reflect my opinions of the facility since the new owners have had time to work and fix the complaint I had. Here is my old review, under a different owner! Please bear this in mind! ********************************* I have issues with Water pressure since the flood several years ago. I am lucky most days to shower in a trickle of lukewarm water. Ceiling has been falling in my apartment for OVER THREE YEARS and they ignore my pleas to fix it or to provide a fire escape that I was promised THREE YEARS AGO. Should I go on?
