Customer Reviews
Loved this resort. Still rebuilding from the tornado, the landscaping is well cared for and they are putting a lot of time and effort into the appearance of this park. The staff was super helpful and went out of their way to help me with issues that I had with my RV. I loved being on the lake and was able to rent a kayak and SUP on site. The lake is so clear and you can see so many fish, turtles, giant carp and beautiful herons. I would definitely return to this park again. I have not experienced staff as helpful as this anywhere else.
We stayed a week for work. Check in was quick, and our site was clean and spacious. We were right on the lake, the water was clear, too cold to swim but small boats and kayaks are allowed. The clubhouse and bath house were nice. Coin laundry. We would stay here again.
We originally had an RV camper booked. However change of plans we had to cancel and ended up using our credit for a small cabin months later Nov 2 and 3rd since the RVs no longer existed. Great staff, great location, if you have an RV - great in and out. We arrived and shown to our cabin. It had not been prepped. After an hour and half, the split A/Cs were not working. While at dinner out, they left a key to another cabin in our original cabin. We moved all our stuff. That a/c worked, but the bed was felt like a pack and play mattress. The little cabins are super nice but not worth $250.
This review would be too many words if I were to express all that we appreciate about our stay here. We were under mandatory evacuation from Hurricane Milton, and found this place to stay. The easy to set up campsites for the RVs amazing cabins, with some of the best hot water and internet I’ve ever had at a cabin are not what makes this park the best I’ve ever stayed at. No, it’s the people. They went above and beyond at making us feel welcome, wanted, and cared for. From making exceptions for the many animals, to all the cars of family members, the late nights, and even letting us in to a cabin before the parties all arrived. They were amazing. I would come back here for vacation, running from a hurricane, or just to thank the many staff members that helped us during our time there.
What a incredibly wonderful place the staff and owners are amazing, very clean. Lots of things to do , very generous sites. The amenities are out of this world. Great Beautiful pool And workout room. Very clean Bathrooms and a beautiful laundrette. A model campground. Thank you so much for a wonderful time. And we will definitely be back again
