Just like the other reviews state, this place is AMAZING! Clean private bathroom and shower stalls, wonderful staff, incredible camping spots with views and privacy, quiet and just overall a fantastic state park. There’s a little store where you can buy snacks and even rent kayaks, canoes, paddle boards or take a guided boat tour of the lake. GREAT fishing too!
A well-kept camp area run by friendly people. The lake was low due to the drought. But it was still a beautiful area. The reason for the four stars is because not every campsite has a sewer hookup. Even so, at the end of your stay, there is a place to empty your tanks on the way out. Our stay was great until the very end when a main water pipe broke. This was something that could not have been prevented or foreseen by the staff but it hept us from being able to empty our tanks completely and rinse them out when we left.
Always a favorite stop for us. This time of year (Nov), it's quiet, peaceful. Rangers are always polite, respectful, professional. Campsites are always clean and well-groomed. Facilities are always clean and in top-notch shape.
These campsites are kept up very well! Very clean upon arrival. The restrooms are clean and smell clean! Lol. Plenty of trees in between sites for some privacy. Lake access is within walking distance. 👍👍. Easily one of the best camping places in AZ!
Super clean camp sites and facilities! ADA sites have excellent pads, making it easy for all to enjoy. Quiet lake, good fishing. Book your reservations early!
Beautiful area with a well planned park layout. Modern and rustic camping loops. Nice walking trails with lake views.
