We spent approximately two months at this wonderful RV Park. It is an extremely clean and quiet campground that is a real undiscovered treasure. The fishing dock on site allows easy access into Lake Eustis and the canal is not only peaceful but gorgeous as well. The owners are on site and available to answer any questions or offer any suggestions about the area. Restaurants, shopping, etc are all conveniently located close to the campground. This is an ideal location if you are looking for a small peaceful quiet environment, with a close private neighborhood feel. Also ideal if you are a fisherman looking for your next big catch! As soon as I pulled into this park, I knew that I chose wisely. The building and facilities are like new. All of the docks are in excellent condition as well as the boat ramp. My lot at park had a full hook up and no glitches. The owners couldn't have been any nicer and were very accommodating. I would definitely stay there again.

These old reviews aren’t even relevant. In talking with the new owners, I learned that they have been upgrading the place over the last 2-3 years and just partially opened in Jan/Feb of 2022. This place is a quiet, peaceful oasis. It is an adult park, so no small children getting their zoomies out, which made it perfect for enjoying wine and watching the sunset, in peace. EVERYTHING HERE IS NEW! New bathroom and shower, laundry, new boat launch and docks, new RV parking and hookups. The owners son John was very helpful and friendly, giving recommendations of places to visit. The owner Bob and his wife were onsite daily making sure everything was running smoothly. Dogs are welcome on leash. I will definitely be back and let my closest friends know about this quiet, hidden gem since there are limited spaces available.
