What a fantastic campground! We were visiting from Colorado Springs and this was our second time visiting and we love this KOA campground. It is very big, it has a great store and staff, there is a great pool, kids playground, paddle boats and a lake, a jump pad, lots of great trails, and they had fantastic things planned for the whole weekend. Great campground for the whole family and very dog friendly. We will definitely stay here again!

The Fort Collins KOA was great. We called and got campsite in the evening. We got last available site. When we arrived they were super nice and gave us all the info about activities going on. They were celebrating Halloween. They had a food truck, music and so much more! We received text from campground checking in and providing info. Great family atmosphere! 5 out of 5!!

DO NOT CAMP OR PLACE YOUR RV HERE!!!! There are so many other KOA sites who will blow this dump out of the water! They say bikes available but charge $10.00 per hour for a 1 seater. Website also states all these water amenities for the kids and even though it’s 90 degrees nothing was open! The hot tub had a GRIME RING all the way around it. When asked if they could clean it they brought a rag, ,did a quick swipe and left! The temperature is nothing warmer than a lukewarm bath. The customer service is unprofessional! Not sure where they found the crew that works here but this place needs a complete makeover! Out of the 7 KOA sites we’ve been to this is by far the worst one! We will never return to. Please do your friends and family a favor and let them know. Save them time and money.

This KOA was above average with good friendly hosts, clean bathrooms/showers, quiet at night, well stocked store and a great environment for kids during Halloween. Unfortunately it is an 1+ from the Rocky Mountains, to much driving for me. A nice place to stay.

Been here many times. And make sure to hit them up during the off season to support them all year round. This time was a miss though. Mary at the front desk was abrupt and abrasive during check in. Also made customers checking in wait so she could take a phone call (basic customer service is to put the caller on hold to address customers that are standing in front of you). Threatened us with having our car towed if we didn't promptly park our second car at the golf area. Then our grill didn't work and we were beyond tired and hungry due to a late check in and just wanted to eat. So I offered to just swap with grill in spot next to us since it was vacant and we really needed to eat, but she told us no. Then maintenance showed up, and as expected, swapped the grills so we could eat (and maintanence was very friendly and customer oriented!) . And finally, Mary didnt grant the Extend30 discount when we wanted to add a night, and offered to use our points instead. After the transaction was complete, then she explained that we no longer had VIP status since we used our points. :( Only booked 2 nights and then thought adding a few nights during the off season would be a good way to support one of our fave KOA locations, but now wishing we would have left it at 2 nights and gone on our way. Folks come here to relax....not be stressed out by staff. Sounds like other staff find her less than cordial as well. Super bummed too because we love patronizing this KOA. The amenities and location are great if you can avoid Mary. :)
