Four Points by Sheraton at Phoenix Mesa Gateway Airport

The lobby seemed nice but the second you get in the elevator that stops and the hotel begins to feel cheap especially for the cost. The only nice thing about the room was the bathroom. During all but the last night I was there the TV's were out and the continually told me they would be fixed everyday instead of being honest. If I were to travel all over again I would pick any other hotel in the area and expect a better experience.

6- story hotel with modern feel and friendly staff. 1. Room amenities - 3/5 small fridge and microwave, no plates or silverware in the room. Room has a little coffee sack maker. Furniture quite adequate, large desk, small closet. My room faced the road and I could hear the hot rods pretty late. 2. Property amenities - 4/5 - great workout room, large lobby and bar. Several functional laundry devices. Outdoor pool, no hot tub (I know, it's Phoenix). Hotel shuttle... not sure of destinations. 3. Area amenities - (4/5) locate at the end of the Power road strip, not a ton right here but just a couple minute drive from many food options, Target and Walmart. Really close to Mesa Gateway airport. Prime access to ASU campus. Right on the golf course if you're into that too. 4. Bathroom- (4/5) walk-in shower, sink, there is a blow dryer in the room. Generous at the front desk (forgot my shaving cream). No fan. 5. Food and Beverage - (4/5) free coffee at the bar, bar with restaurant. No complimentary breakfast.

The staff after 11 pm totally incompetent, 5 plus minutes to buy a bag of peanuts from The market. Thank goodness they had the man buns, pierced ears, tattoos and colored hair. Last time here ever!

Beautiful hotel architecturally. The breakfast was remarkable.. much more than ordinary. The transportation was very accommodating. Quiet room. Furniture was boss.. more than enough furniture for an extended stay. Bathroom was clean in appearance. Towels neatly folded.. didn’t look old.. just musky. Refrigerator in the room works & was clean. The room looked clean.. overall (carpet, curtains and upholstery seemed clean) temperature was nice… circumstance was the bed.. fine upscale mattress/pillows.. the comforter, pillows & linens seemed less than fresh.. didn’t see dirt.. just didn’t use the pillows.. bed felt like heavy traffic.. grateful it was a quick late night early business meeting. I was there only a few hours (far less than 8) didn’t have any time for switching to try another room or housekeeping.

Appreciate the very helpful front desk associates especially Madisyn W. who took care of my conundrum with rooms and number of beds in the rooms. The hotel staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and courteous. The hotel and rooms were excellent. I recommend this hotel. The free 24 hour shuttle to the Mesa/Gateway airport was also needed and appreciated. They took me to the airport at 430 am for a pre 6 am flight.
