Resort in new and modern. The beds were super comfortable. The only downsides are: 1) no carpet (in high traffic areas) = noise, 2) parking is nonexistent. There’s a parking ramp that looks to hold 40’ish vehicles and it looks tight. We parked in the city lot down the street, 3) shower floors were a bit slippery if you step off the mat.

Rooms we’re nice and clean, pillows were horrible. Take a note if you pre-order your room through expedia, booking.com or any of those sites and you get it for a certain price when you go there they will charge you the full price they want to charge you. Make sure you get the room you ordered or they will throw you in whatever is available like a ADA compliant room. Also, they charge you $15 for parking in their parking garage even if its full, and even though you have a room with them. They also charge $15 per person for their breakfast in the morning, even though you already have a room with them. And the breakfast was probably the worst ive had in a long time

Justin was very helpful and understanding with my reservation I mistakenly made through a 3rd party site. His top notch customer service will not be forgotten and we will be calling the hotel directly for all future stays. Thank you for hiring great people like Justin!

Disappointing for the price. Great location and very nice staff. We have a modern king room with a walk-in shower. But for $350 a night, it's nothing special and Springhill Suites would probably be just as nice and a 100 less a night. Horrible signage from parking to check-in. Hotel has a small Brand sign on their parking garage and entry - But absolutely no signage indicating where the lobby or check-in is. We guessed at parking near some automated doors where we saw some luggage carts. Once through the doors, there's an easle sign promoting Pizza Hut and a bunch of slot machines ahead. After asking staff for some help, turns out the elevator doors have "Lobby" and some up indicators at the bottom of the elevator door. Nothing at eye level, on the walls or overhead... you have to look at the floor to see it. Ridiculous. Parking is fifteen dollars a day whether you use their garage or an outdoor lot, neither of which are guaranteed to have space. We are a hardcore Marriott family, and have stayed in tons of Marriotts around the world. As a result we've come to expect a certain level of quality for the price and this falls far short. Won't ever stay at another Four Points... will take any other brand from the Marriott family over a Four Points!

Our first visit to Deadwood and we were very impressed with this property. It’s very nice, newer and clean. It’s in the heart of Deadwood. The room was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was delicious. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I recommend.
