They staff were so warm and welcoming…and very helpful. Wonderful breakfast options and very clean. They offer on-site parking if you’re planning on cruising and you don’t to deal with port parking. Many places to walk to from the hotel, including a cute little park on a stream with wildlife. It’s right outside the airport and is the best if you enjoy plane watching.
So far, so good! Beautiful spacious room. The bathroom is really nice. This was a very easy and quick check-in. You do have to pay for parking. Will update after we check out. Update: Cons: No free breakfast. Airplanes go just high enough not to hit the building when landing every 20 minutes or so,
Very nice hotel. Great quality room with pleasant decor, comfortable beds and a nice bathroom. Can get a little noisy from the aircraft flying overhead, but it’s an airport hotel so this is to be expected. Breakfast is very good and the wait staff are excellent. I did eat in the restaurant one night and would recommend avoiding ordering the fish and chips. Overpriced and tasted like cardboard. Overall, I’m looking forward to staying again. Just won’t be eating dinner there!
The hotel itself was very nice, although the rooms were a bit smaller than expected. Location is fantastic, easy to get a ride share or walk to multiple locations. My biggest complaint was the staff. Every employee I spoke to about an issue seemed to be absolutely bothered to talk to me. Ask for directions some where, met with blank stares. Can you talk to the customer who is throwing weights on the floor in the gym at 5:30 am and waking up the entire floor? “Sorry, we don’t that.” Coffee is put out in the lobby at 6:00 am. My photo of the coffee station is from 7:00 am. No milk/creamer has been brought out yet. Can some bring it out please, I’ve been waiting an hour? “We’ll bring it out when we bring it out.” There’s only one towel in my room, can I get another one for my wife? “You can ask the housekeeper when she comes by your room.” Ok, any idea when that will be? “No. I don’t work in housekeeping.” Wound up taking towels from the pool area. If you’re an independent traveler who doesn’t require assistance from hotel staff, you’ll enjoy your stay. But if you actually need some hospitality from the staff, you’re in for a poor time.
Very polite and respectful staff. Check-in was quick and easy Rooms and amenities were great(clean and spacious) Shuttle to and from airport runs 24/7 You have to Uber/cab/shuttle from this location, nothing noteworthy is walkable.(I didn't mind it) Planes do pass overhead, if this bothers you, wear earplugs before sleeping or look for a different hotel. This was the perfect hotel for what we needed, a transition day from the pier to the airport. I would stay here again.
