Four Points by Sheraton San Rafael Marin County

Nice hotel, the phone line sucks they probably need to check that out, we tried calling multiple times to let them know we were going to arrive a bit later due to the rain. Wish they had a complimentary breakfast tho :/ best thing about the hotel is the shower's water pressure 👌 Their breakfast is $25.99 per person 😭 and it's just regular nothing super special haha They do have coffee for free and water. In their beautiful lobby Our room had a microwave and mini fridge. Beds were comfortable. The bathroom sink is hilariously low haha but I guess great for kids

What a lovely experience at this hotel from the very moment we entered. The young man Christian was a great host and shared various places for us to visit while in California. The room is spacious, clean and absolutely love the bed and pillows. We decided to eat at the hotel and even though the prices are a bit high the service was friendly, spoke Spanish which was a plus and the food was out quickly. We ordered the classic burger with fries at $17, Shrimp Pasta at $27, two craft beers at $6 dollars each and a glass of wine at $10. I believe it was a fair pricing for the convenience of not having to leave the hotel. I would absolutely stay at this hotel again. 👍

We love walking into this restaurant/bar when Jose Luis is working. He is the best!!! He is very organized, professional and yet, very personal! He seriously remembers us every time we are here…and that’s about once a year! This venue is lucky to have such a special employee!

Great hotel with a great vibe. Lots of personality. Great location in San Rafael for quick access to pretty much anything. Beautiful courtyard, pool and hot tub area. Nice seating outside for socializing. The restaurant bar was very chill, solid food with a good mix of seating options for groups and/or solo travelers. All the staff were very friendly. Rooms were clean and cozy. Highly recommended spot, even more so for the reasonable price compared with other local options. I hope to be back!

I've been to this location 2 to 3 times per year for the past 4 years. When I am in town I do not stay anywhere else. The staff is so welcoming. As a person traveling solo, I feel very comfortable in the restaurant because Jose and Raul always make me feel safe. They are so polite and keep the restaurant and bar and inviting place to relax.
