I stayed here for two days and it was an exceptional experience, you have lots of amenities that many hotels don't offer. Starting from the 5-star service the minute you enter the hotel, 24/7 Gym, hot tub (06:00 to 22:00) a beautiful lounge with comfy sofas, and the hotel is close to many restaurants and convenience stores. Now for the hygiene and cleanliness the minutes you enter the hotel, it smells like a field of flowers with beautiful scents everywhere. The rooms are very clean, spacious, and organized to the highest class also smelling great close to (fresh linen by febreeze) so that you know what I'm talking about haha. Overall a great choice and definitely don't hesitate to book!

Upon check-in, we found a dead centipede in the room. The room also had a strange smell, likely due to its age, and the TV seemed to be about 15 years old. Internet speed is extremely slow. On the positive side, the check-in process was excellent and the staff were friendly. The 24/7 gym was also a convenient perk.

Staff has lack of knowledge at front desk, quoting two different prices at time of check in and check out, staff has no communication between them in department. Lack of mathematical skills. Rude and arrogant Not welcoming bad attitude towards us.

The rooms weren't bad. I found the bed to be very comfortable! Pillows left a lot to be desired though. I did not like how you can't turn off the a/c unit, the fan always runs, there's no auto option...and when it turned on the actual cold air it was SO loud. Not enough water pressure for the shower but we liked the soap. Parking lot is small and I'm pretty sure we got door dinged because of the small spaces. The kids enjoyed the pool, they said it was warm. All in all, not a bad stay.
