Four Points by Sheraton Tallahassee Downtown

“Fantastic service and a comfortable stay!” I had a wonderful experience during my stay downtown. The manager, Andrew, provided exceptional service—attentive and genuinely welcoming. The bartender’s drinks were excellent, and breakfast was spot on. My room was spotless, modern, and very comfortable. I’ll definitely stay here again next time I’m in the area!

Our check-in experience was very positive, but all the staff are so lovely and warm. The bartenders are extremely kind. We were served by Erykah and Roxanne and both were extremely genuine and inviting people. The hotel is beautiful and very well-kept, both the lobbies and the rooms. It's a perfect location, in walking distance to FSU and the downtown area. If I'm ever in Tallahassee, there will be no doubt in my mind in staying at this hotel again.

Staff are thieves and lazy!!! I stayed the night here and happened to miss my Beats Headphones on the ground next to the bed after checkout. A few days after, I realized, and called them. The staff told me they would get back to me and then NEVER CALLED. I called again and again and they did absolutely NOTHING about their sketchy staff stealing my stuff! I am so furious about my experience here and the hotel really should be paying for another pair. Do NOT stay here if you want a good experience with the staff members.

I was extremely disappointed with the service at the front desk during my recent stay. I arrived early on Wednesday around 11 AM due to my flight schedule, and the staff member who greeted me was incredibly rude from the moment I walked in. There was no friendly welcome—just a curt question about whether I was with a large group. When I said no, she immediately told me I “should have checked in at 10 AM,” which made no sense since I had just arrived. I completely understand that early check-in isn’t always available, especially if the hotel was fully booked the night before. However, the way this was communicated was unnecessarily rude and dismissive. She didn’t even ask for my name until I inquired about being added to a waitlist for early check-in. I frequently stay at Marriott properties for work because of their typically excellent customer service, but this experience was far below expectations. Next time I’m in Tallahassee for work, I’ll be staying elsewhere.

First and foremost, Tyler at the front desk made my check in experience top notch. He was very friendly, accommodating, and thanked me for my Marriott status. After check in, he also called my room to make sure everything was great upon settling in! The rooms are clean and comfortable and the hotel is in a great location. I look forward to booking here again.
