Me, my husband and my 3 year old daughter moved in 10/3. We paid $350 to move in and monthly is $1,400. ITS NOT WORTH IT. Our entire week there half of our electrical didn't work, they never provided us with gas so we couldn't use the stove only a microwave and we had no hot water. They came out to look at it and told us they'd have to "order" an element. Yesterday the owner asked if he could come get the rent payment knowing all of these issues and said they would buy a new element and swap it out the next day but a week ago said they'd have to order it. This is one of the worst places I have ever lived in and I was only there for a week. If you plan on staying here, don't waste your time. Also campers are right next to each other you don't have any privacy and there's absolutely NO amenities.

I don't recommend. Stayed here for 6 months due to work. We only stayed that long because everywhere else was full. We were on every waiting list for a 45 mile radius. The rv's are crammed into every nook and cranny... even alongside the drive into the place. Where we were placed at, people had boats and vehicles constantly in our way. Our canopy nearly touched the rv beside us. I literally had to duck under the front of the neighbors rv when going around my vehicle to get to my door. When it rains, there's mud and puddles everywhere... the gravels squishes and sinks when you walk on it. You are also really close to the interstate's exit for a truck stop, so you hear jake brakes from the trucks at all hours of the night. Price was $500/month with electricity and water included. No internet and no cable. Our 4th month there, the owner lost our check. He kept trying to get us to write another one and he didn't want to pay the canceled check fee for the previous check. Other's who stayed there at the same time complained of him losing checks & money orders as well. Stay somewhere else if you can. If there is nothing else.. I'm sure you could do worse.. I just haven't seen it yet.

This was literally the only camping spot for a 1 nighter that answers their phone after hours. I could tell we had woke him up and he was just as polite as can be. Plenty of room for our 36 foot class A and toad. Didn't have to unhook our dolly, which was nice. My only complaint would be the water hookups and cats. So many barn cats. Made walking my dog interesting. The water hookups looked like a recessed 5 gallon bucket in the ground and we couldn't attach our water filter. But, our fresh water tank was full, so not a problem for us. Other than that I do recommend stopping there for the night when passing through.

The owner is very nice. We were traveling through Kingston when our truck motor blew up. We ended up staying there for 4 months while our truck was being repaired. The campground is for people working in the area, not a vacation location. I felt very safe there. The campground itself is quiet. I40 is very loud, but you get used to it. If you need a place while working in this area, check it out.

During the recent snow storm, no care was taken to clear the property. We actually are helping others who are stuck in the snow / ice. Bath house is very cold as well.
