The campground itself is good and has good amenities. The problem is the management/customer service. If you like being accused of non payment go ahead book. I called in 2024 to reserve a spot after our initial stay back on 2022. Booking agent told me I have an unpaid bill. I knew it was impossible as I always stop by the office before leaving to check if my balance is clear. I called the credit card and they confirmed the payment and no credit back to them. I called back with representative on the line to speak with campground manager to clear this issue. I provided a statement of payment. After a few days, closer to a week, no communication back at all. I called back to find out, as I knew I was in the right and wanted to clear this issue. Manager said that owner allows us to book, no explanation of what happened, no apology and of course no discount. I would have been happy with just the apology, but even that was to much, so not I'm writing review to warn others of poor customer service and mismanagement of the billing department.

Nice campground. Has wifi ($40/month for long term residents), laundry room with a couple large washers and dryers and several smaller ones. Lots of amenities.

Update.... 3rd.... Park is still functioning as far as staff & getting wrk done. Winter season is upon us and things are quiet. Winterizing is being completed but most seasonal people are already done and gone for winter. Few of us still hanging in but summer has not went away quite yet. Most left, are overnighters passing thru and, or, workers that travel for jobs. Wknds are all quiet now except for at individual sites. 2nd review.... July 29 2024 Something I didnt know during 1st review. Every wknd there is planned events. The staff is amazing. There is also a restaurant on site; hrs are limited. There is a band or DJ so far every wknd on Saturday night. Plenty of kid events, family together-time events, as well as adult ones. But always something for kids while latter is going on. One event I missed was the dog show. Frisbee catching. Would like to have seen that. 4th of July , the fireworks alone were amazing. Another activity I witnessed just went on two wknds ago.... was the "Water Warriors". It was huge water fight.... two ways to participate; the parade of golf carts w/all kinds of supersoakers and made up apparatuses to spray water with. One wagon was like a hayride w/kids of all ages using water guns. One young staff member had a spray hose rigged up pulling a water tank w/his golf cart... I saw that and "LOL!" Another way was signing yur site up, Yur family & friends used supersoakers, water hoses, etc while staying there and then the parade would come by and the water war was on. It was so much fun to watch. No water balloons are allowed. The Event Planners here deserve recognition for their ingenuity and hard work. The events start Friday evenings and run thru to Sunday Mid-day. Even an all u can eat brkfst is provided one morning but not sure if it's Saturday or Sunday mornings. And also not sure of the cost. That part has never been mentioned, and Ive never took part so Im unfamiliar w/how it works. I cant say enough about the staff. The grounds always look great, and you can see them all the time running around. Theyre on site daily. Call the office and usually get Hunter or Jay. Both boys are incredibly nice to deal with. 1st review.... March/April 2024 Nice big park. Roads are a bit narrow in some areas. A LOT of trees, some are dead and need cut which is sad. I hate trees having to be cut down but dead trees are dangerous. Most of Campground is very shady w/only few exceptions. A great amount of work is going on that Ive seen. Re-rocking roads and sites as well ad re-directing water run-off. New fencing in places, new equipment for kids, overall its looking good. I think few rules need to be addressed as to "where" kids are "supposed" to play. They have huge areas for football, basketball, etc... The one place they should NOT be playing is on the roads between sites. Especially any kind of ball throwing while they're walking to & from said play areas. That is not the time to be throwing passes w/a football. My truck has been hit w/basketballs and footballs more than a few times. For the most part tho, its an exceptional campground, lots to do. Park is also pet friendly, so lets keep it that way. Those of you not cleaning up after yur furkids, shame on you! Keep it up and you'll ruin it for everyone. Oh, and Campground has a secure gated entrance. Area surrounding park is quite nice but is secluded. About 20min to town of Swedsboro. For Walmart "supercenter" about 35min.

This review is based off of the 4th of July fireworks for 2024. The fireworks were super awesome as usual! My family and I have been going to them every year for many years now. I have never had a problem until today. We got there at 7pm so we could park and set up are chairs and the kids can play in the field. EVERY year we would walk to the County Store and purchase ice cream. Apparently this year the camp grounds changed the rules and if you’re not a “camper” and only there to watch the fireworks you are no longer allowed to walk from the field where you park through the camp grounds to the store to get ice cream. I totally understand if the policy was changed however there was absolutely NO notice to the public whatsoever. If this is new as of this season it should have been advertised well in advance that the policy has changed. At the very least some type of flyer should have been handed out as you drive through and pay to park. I will still go back for the fireworks. But as far as the policy change. It should have definitely been advertised that way well in advance so people could plan accordingly. Wasn’t happy about the situation.

My parents had an RV at the park for the month of July. My son absolutely loved it there. Great activities, clean pool, friendly staff.
