Stayed in RV site B9. Plenty of room between sites. Staff was amazing and Tim escorted us to our site and helped us back in. Meghan was knowledgeable about the area and friendly helping us make our reservation and at check in. Nice office/store, well stocked. Bathroom & laundry room clean. Would love to stay here again. Small dog park, was stocked with mutt mitts. Saw a buck behind our site, played corn hole, and enjoyed watching the sunsets by the mountains and river! Some highway noise, but couldn’t hear it with our fan running at night.
We have been coming here for years and the new owner has new camp hosts that live onsite. Karen and Tim work exceptionally hard to make sure things run smoothly and your experience is awesome! Very accommodating and professional plus they get to know the guests which is always a nice touch. All of the staff were very friendly and helpful. The new trading post in the office is a new and handy. They escort you to your spot and help you back in which is nice for newbies that may need it. They are always working on the grounds to keep them maintained. The park has lots of shade and the riverfront RV spots are wonderful. We stayed across from the river but could still hear it which was great. Look forward to next year!
Pleasant shady campground location by the sparkling Arkansas River. Communal area was accommodating for groups. Restrooms were very clean. BONUS free concert one night. The congenial, helpful attitude of staff members was reflected in the cheerful friendliness of other campers. We would definitely camp there again.
4 Seasons RV Park is a one of our favorite RV parks of the 76 we have stayed in over the last 5 years! The park is very clean and well maintained. The sights are well spaced and arranged where you actually have space and privacy on your stay. The river sights are incredible, listen to the river while resting in your RV and see the rafters pass by on their journey down the river. The staff were all great, very nice and accommodating; Karen, Tim and Megan did a great job helping us get settled in. The restroom/showers are clean with plenty of hot water! They have a nice little store for the little things with ice and propane when you need it. Very important to us are nice trees, our spot was completely shaded all day! It's located just a couple of miles from downtown Salida and there are bike trails to get downtown safely. Our focus this year were daytrips to Creede, Lake City, Cripple Creek, Saint Elmo and Aspen which were all close enough to 4 Seasons so we could get back in time each evening and rest at our own campsite! We will always remember our 14 days at 4 Seasons and will definitely be back! I encourage you to check out 4 Seasons RV Park for your next stay, it's a great place to use as home base and get out and explore Colorado! Safe Travels!!!
We stayed at Four Seasons October 12th to 14th, weather was nice, but cool in the mornings. Park is quiet and clean, friendly staff, the sites are back-in and staff thankfully helped me. We were in R8 very close to the Arkansas river which was nice and relaxing. Fish were jumping but weren't bitting on my fly, fun anyway.
