Well it's sad to say I loved my lot. We paid $800 we were there for a week so they made $600 off of us I was told that we were told when we came in no refunds we wasn't told that so make sure if you're going by the way if you don't know how long you're going to be there pay by the week. but you know what it's okay because that's the way of the world nowadays it's a scam everywhere you go it's a rip-off everywhere you go and If they can live with their self. So my mama used to say if they can live with it I can live without it would I recommend it no would I ever go back no.

I have been a resident for 5 years. I have a beautiful lot (40) with plenty of room for my dog Snoop. The management could not be any better or more helpful. With fishing, camping, and holiday celebrations, like 4th of July and Halloween make this place very special. Bad wishers need a hotel.

Very dirty, if I was there longer, I would clean for free. .People are very friendly dogs barking a lot. They need rules do's an don't . Hopefully, in time, they will do it.Takes money and time.Service we had electric and water .sewer, but sewer pipe broken, but it worked.

Moved here from tameling campground due to unprofessional management and way to high electricity. It is the best move my husband and I ever did. My husband's a truck driver and needed to find a place open year round for our home time each month. They were not only friendly but very helpful as well. Such a sweet little town. Everyone waves to you. They have a pool laundry and fishing its pretty quiet in the evening and love hearing the cute kiddos out playing. They have 2 different play areas for the kids very family oriented. Love love love this place.

Although the family that owns this campground is a delight, the name does not describe the property. It's a mixture of permanent residents, seasonal and overnighters. As far as a rating system instead of a name, they were about two stars for me. I believe the Partridge family has a vision for their park that requires time and money. Hope they get there...
