Make sure to exit I-90 from the Sherburn exit to avoid miles of gravel road. We stopped by in the office season, the electric was working, but the bathrooms were closed. The view was great, the lake is huge. There are a couple of docks to fish from. The playground is very nice and well kept. It has like 4 slides and lost of stuff for the kids to play on.

Great place for families! Great for kids. The Haugen family does a wonderful job as owners and hosts. Super hospitable and accommodating. My daughter missed the kids train on Saturday night that rides through the campground. My wife asked if they could have the train ride on Sunday and they obliged right away. They not only did the train ride for the kids they did four rounds for all the kids in the campground. My daughter was so happy as were all the kids. Campground is super clean with easy hookups. Plenty of activities for kids, with a shop with excellent ice cream choices.

This is my family's 3rd year camping at Fox Lake. The owners are always friendly and helpful with anything we may need. The campground is clean and quiet. A clean swimming beach is always a favorite for our kids along with the playground, gaga ball pit, and game room. For the adults there are corn hole games and a giant jenga. Something for everyone. We usually end the day with hand dipped ice cream from the store. If you are like us and forget essentials, ketchup, mustard, garbage bags, toothpaste, etc are all for sale at reasonable prices. We are looking forward to booking our two weekends for next year. Book your trip today! You won't regret it.
