We stayed in the Mule Deer Run cabin (the smallest cabin on the property) and absolutely loved it! It was so cute and perfect! And even tho it was close to the residents house and right on the road, it was still so peaceful and beautiful! The owners were wonderful to work with-quick to respond, so helpful, etc.! The cabin was clean, equipped with everything we needed, and very reasonably priced! And was a short drive off the main road and only about 5 miles from Hill City!! We will definitely consider staying here again on our next trip up to the Black Hills!
We absolutely loved our stay here! The cabin was so cozy, super clean, in a great location and had a beautiful view. Great pricing and they don't add all kinds of extra fees like Vrbo. We've stayed here twice and will definitely be back. Highly recommend!
We spent two nights in the Buck Haven for a girls trip. We absolutely loved the views from our cabin and were pleasantly surprised with how clean the cabin was. They had everything well-kept and plenty of extra bathroom supplies stocked in case we needed them. We had a question about the WiFi and Chace came by to clear it up and had us up and running with a WiFi signal within minutes. Great communication overall and Leslie was so nice to work with over the phone for check in. We overall recommend staying here and we will be returning soon!
What a great find! Great price for a very nice clean modern cabin. Great location with everywhere we wanted to hike within 90 min and most within 20 min. Great breakfast place in Hill City. Stayed in cabin 5 mule deer with a nice view. Very quiet. Had fire ring with chairs right in front area by covered deck but ran out of time to use it. Had an electric fire place which i loved to turn on right after a long day of hiking yo take the chill out of the air!
Great location for day trips around the Black Hills. Always clean (our second time in 2 different cabins). Always easy- booking, location. Kinda don’t want more people to know about the Black Hills, Custer SP or Hill City!
