Stayed here while on an assignment for almost 7 months, love the park, the security, the comfort of the place, the water pressure for me sometimes wasn’t more than 40, the laundry is a problem always, at the end I bought my own washer, the power is expensive I think PG&E is around .42 per kWh, you cannot use water to wash the RV or truck that’s my biggest downsize, because I like to wash my truck and my RV and keep everything cleaner. I had to pay 150 to a mobile rv wash company. I had to wait on the waitlist until a spot became available, it can take longer than usual, but if the electricity is included if you pay biweekly you might not stress about not using too much electricity. Beautiful to walk and friendly people. I would stay here again. No usps packages.sometimes Amazon will call for you to go to the entrance to pick up the package same with uber eats or any delivery.
Very pleasantly surprised. My first impression was the storage lot, which I mistook for the RV lots. Because of the heat, we ran our AC and had no noise from the highway. There is a nice small dog run and an even bigger one for large dogs, both with irrigated green grass. Very well maintained. Close to the highway but dont let that detour you.
Stayed here overnight on a level pull through pad. Park is safe, clean and quiet! Would stay again if passing through the area.
We stayed here last year. It was pouring down rain. I remember seeing cat feces floating in puddles of water. The cats apparently lived there with their full timer owner and were allowed to roam around the campground. Felt sorry for the cats. Also there was a large green grass area for children to play as well as a place to walk the dogs. Unfortunately, that area too was covered with both dog and cat feces. We felt the place overall was not clean .
This is a nice, clean RV park. The office staff was very friendly. We left our windows open, and there was a lot of freeway noise. They advertise a cafe that has gone out of business and delivery services can't enter the park after 4 pm. The long-term residents seem very friendly.
