We have been traveling to and from south Florida since 2018 as full timers & have noticed skyrocketing prices & more corporate takeovers in Florida RV parks. So, for us to find this one, conveniently located off I-75, level pull throughs, very good wifi & a laundry room, all well kept & priced at nearly half what so many others along the I-75 corridor charge for one night, Futter’s is a godsend! Great communication with owners as well. Highly recommend!
Wonderful RV park, owners are great, grounds are well maintained. Surrounded by beautiful nature and super quiet at night. Dog friendly for behaved canines and owners. Some families and retired Patriots live here. Best WiFi at no additional charge I have had anywhere in the Country. If you want the hustle and bustle of a big city don't stay here, pleasant folks and no drama all included at no cost. Typical 1st rate amenities, washers, dryers, clean bath house with real roomy showers. If you have RV'd for long a spacious shower with great water pressure is wonderful. Susy, Craig and their camp workers are the best, help is only a request away. One additional note: after hurricane Helene Craig and his team had the park cleaned of branches and downed trees within 48 hours . Quite an amazing effort. I like calling Futter's home for now.
The staff was so helpful and friendly. The park is average. Didn't care for the site w the barking dog. We were just passing through for one night.
Clean friendly and reasonable. We stayed a week here passing through for some shows in Tallahassee. Close to highway(but not too close) Clean shower/bath house. Outside-anytime coin laundry. Clubhouse. Large pull thru sites if you need a quick over night stay or longer. Great trail for walking the dog. We would definitely come back.
I have been here quite a while and have talked to Craig many of times. Many bad experiences Craig . 4:30 this morning outside the bathroom big log truck running for 10 15 minutes I had to yell at them. And I tried to call Craig he did not answer. of course he didn't it's 4:30 in the morning.They finally shut it off. But it's going to start back up to start back up to leave. Stay here at your own risk. What is next at this place. That is all I wonder. Personally not recommending this place anymore.
