Clean, well-maintained, and family friendly! This campground has loads of amenities, such as a spotless laundry room, extremely clean bathrooms, jumping pad, pool, mini golf, fishing pond, cabins to rent, a nature trail, patios and pergolas, high speed internet, and more! This is a wonderful campground, especially for families! They have organized events (such as this week, trick or treating, a site decoration contest, pumpkin carving contest, costume contest, bingo, and more!) and they have quiet hours starting at 10 PM which allowed us to relax at the campfire/enjoy the peace and quiet of the campground. This campground is extremely well maintained and those who maintain the campground truly CARE about you and this site. Definitely check out the KOA in Knoxville, IL!
This campground is the most accommodating and clean campground I have ever stayed in. We asked if they could move us to two spaces together closer to the fishing pond and they did it. The restrooms and showers are pristine and the laundry looks like all the machines are brand new. It has pride of ownership and it shows! Stores are not far away and I hear they are putting in a pickleball court next year. Fun little fishing pond and beautiful grounds and walking trails. I would definitely recommend this KOA to everyone.
Everything was exceptionally clean and updated. It was Halloween weekend and the fun activities were enjoyed by all ages. Pumpkin carving, costume contest, Bingo, best site decorations and trick or treating. So much fun! Mark and his staff made it a great weekend for all.
We found this campground to be conveniently located for our travels from the east coast. It was exceptional clean. Appears that they have been expanding and upgrading the current sites. Will definitely stay again.
Best campground I have ever stayed at! All of the facilities were spotless—cleanest bathrooms I have ever seen at a campground, wonderful laundry facilities, and the grounds itself are meticulously maintained. There are so many fun activities for kids to do—such as a large jumping pad, a pool, mini golf, and more. There are fun activities scheduled (we had a pumpkin carving contest, a costume contest, bingo, and more!). The nature trail on the grounds is gorgeous—with a beautiful pond as well. The campground store is very reasonably priced, and the site we stayed at had a large concrete patio, built in firepit, and pergola. There is also high-speed internet available! If you are looking for a campground, definitely come to the KOA in Knoxville, IL. :)
