Stayed here for a week in August and loved it! AMAZING location - less than 5 minutes to both Garden of the Gods, Pikes Peak and Downtown Manitou Springs. Sites were good size, we had a nice large tree which provided shade. Front desk staff was super friendly and helpful. Great playground and the arcade is a really cool touch!

It's an urban location so you'll hear traffic. Might have the random person coming through who isn't supposed to be there. For this reason, I don't recommend camping since it's difficult to secure things while not at your site. We had an unfortunate experience with that while camping there, although the management was really good about handling it. The facilities are clean. Great showers. The best part is that it's so close to the local attractions.

I love a park with a pool. This was a great location for a trip up to pikes peak. The staff had some good recommendations for things to do and where to eat. I always like to find an out of the way spot and this was great.

Was a nice and clean resort with the basic amenities. Location is good as it's central to both downtown Colorado springs and easy access to the mountains. Had a great week long stay!

Perfectly situated near the iconic Garden of the Gods park, offering easy access to stunning natural beauty. The resort features clean facilities, including a pool, laundry, and Wi-Fi. Sites can be a bit cramped, especially during peak season. It's an urban setting and did not see any staff which was a bit concerning. While the location is convenient, it's important to note that it's an urban campground, so there may be some noise from nearby traffic and businesses. Also while staying there because no staff were on site campers were washing their vehicles with other people's water hookups. All in all the proximity to the Garden of the Gods was spot on. Also, Pikes Peak was close by. The town of Colorado Springs was pretty run down 😞 so don't expect much. Pet friendly which is always a plus.
