Wonderful during the week but weekend brings ohvs and kids and dogs and people just let them run. Right through your campsite, with you sitting there. 5 areas for camping along with dispersed farther up the road. Road gets narrow the further you go. Does not connect to the other side.

Not as perfect as depicted. Washboard road all the way with rocky parts. Once arrived, no cell... t mobile. No water in stream. WATCH FOR COWS In road. Expect cold due to elevation. Trees and shade. But sites are close. A cowboy drove up, mounted up horse and rode out, presumably to round up steers as it is near branding time. Good Birdwatching. Rocks are large and rounded. When cracked open, reveal striations containing small rocks. I am guessing glacial till area.
